color: #000000;\">The study has been published in the <strong data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2683\">Consulting Engineers Association of Thailand Journal<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"3107\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">The research applies the <strong data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2729\">Link and Place<\/strong> concept as a framework to analyze road functions in terms of connectivity and surrounding land use, supporting context-sensitive planning for secondary road networks. It also integrates data from the <strong data-start=\"2930\" data-end=\"2983\">Pavement Management and Maintenance System (PMMS)<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"3023\">Central
