collaboration with the <strong data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"151\">Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society<\/strong>, organized the <strong data-start=\"167\" data-end=\"259\">Lesson Learned and Capacity Enhancement Program for the \u201cPhonphai\u201d Application (Batch 1)<\/strong> for Provincial Red Cross Chapters nationwide. The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Kanda Limitlaohaphan, Head of Medical Services and Acting Assistant Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society, with Ms. Pranee Wongbut, Vice Governor of Roi Et Province, in attendance.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"786\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The program provided a platform to gather feedback, recommendations, and operational challenges from administrative officers of Provincial Red Cross Chapters across the country, covering all aspects of system usage.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1030\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In addition, the sessions included an analysis of operational workflows\u2014from <strong data-start=\"865\" data-end=\"887\">incident reporting<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"914\">assistance delivery<\/strong>\u2014as well as presentations of successful practices (Best Practices) and recommendations for improving work processes.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1117\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This initiative aims to further enhance the efficiency of the \u201cPhonphai\u201d application.<\/span><\/p><p data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1401\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The program reflects the collaboration between iNFRA and the <strong data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1242\">Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society<\/strong> in supporting the operations of Provincial Red Cross Chapters nationwide through systematic learning and continuous improvement of the \u201cPhonphai\u201d
