This system is for managing real estate in the commercial areas of Chulalongkorn University. It integrates with the main database of the Property Management Office through an Oracle database management system and links with the Geographic Information System (GIS) to display information and lease details in areas such as Suan Luang-Sam Yan, Siam Square, Chamchuri Square, and Wittayakit Building, among others.

The system also includes information on facilities and safety features inside and outside the buildings, such as emergency exits, fire escapes, and fire extinguishers. This information is reported by users or gathered from surveys to create multi-level data layers to meet the needs of users in the information system.
