iNFRA and the Thai Red Cross Society continue to advance the development of the “Phonphai” application to strengthen disaster management and emergency relief operations across Thailand. Through a lessons-learned workshop and knowledge-sharing sessions with provincial Red Cross chapters, participants exchanged real-world experiences and provided valuable feedback to further enhance the platform, ensuring greater efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness in field operations.
