Infra Plus Supports “Phon Phai” Application Training to Enhance Disaster Management in Pathum Thani
Infra Plus Co., Ltd. joined the Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society, and the Pathum Thani Provincial Red Cross Chapter in supporting the “Phon Phai” Application Training Project for Disaster Assistance and Public Disaster Reporting in Pathum Thani Province. The training was held on August 19, 2026, at the auditorium of Pathum Thani Nuntamuni Bamrung School, Bang Luang Subdistrict, Mueang Pathum Thani District, Pathum Thani Province.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr. Ekkawit Meephian, Governor of Pathum Thani Province. The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of the “Phon Phai” application, a digital platform designed to facilitate disaster reporting, emergency assistance, and coordination with relevant authorities.
The application supports local authorities and personnel in accurately reporting disaster incidents and submitting requests for assistance in accordance with standardized disaster relief procedures. This helps improve the speed, accuracy, and efficiency of disaster response and assistance for affected communities.
A total of 532 participants attended the training, including district officers, local administrative organization officials, disaster prevention and mitigation officers, subdistrict and village headmen, and members of the Pathum Thani Provincial Red Cross Chapter.
The training was conducted by experts from the Relief and Community Health Bureau and the Disaster Operations Center of the Thai Red Cross Society. Speakers included Ms. Sukanya Sap-udommangmee, Head of the Disaster Relief Division, Relief and Community Health Bureau, and Mrs. Kritiya Yodsopa, Head of the Information Administration Unit, Disaster Operations Center, Thai Red Cross Society, together with their team. The sessions provided practical knowledge and guidance on the proper use of the “Phon Phai” application for disaster reporting and relief coordination.
