iNFRA organized the iConnect activity to provide a platform for employees from different teams with closely related roles and interconnected workflows to get to know one another and develop a better understanding of how they work together. The activity focused particularly on Software Development, where different roles and processes are interconnected—from requirements analysis, data management and analysis, and system design to software development and delivery.
The activity provided employees in related roles, including System Analysts (SA), Data Analysts (DA), Full Stack Developers, and other Software Development team members, with an opportunity to discuss and exchange perspectives based on their real-world work experiences. Topics included work processes, cross-team coordination, challenges and obstacles encountered during projects, as well as approaches to problem-solving and improving work efficiency.
Beyond building connections among employees, iConnect also emphasized understanding the overall workflow and the connection points between different roles. This helps reduce communication gaps, improve understanding of each team’s requirements and constraints, and enable smoother coordination and handoffs between teams.
