iNFRA x Relief and Community Health Bureau Elevate the “Phonphai” Application – Batch 1

iNFRA, in collaboration with the Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society, organized the Lesson Learned and Capacity Enhancement Program for the “Phonphai” Application (Batch 1) for Provincial Red Cross Chapters nationwide. The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Kanda Limitlaohaphan, Head of Medical Services and Acting Assistant Director of the Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society, with Ms. Pranee Wongbut, Vice Governor of Roi Et Province, in attendance.

The program provided a platform to gather feedback, recommendations, and operational challenges from administrative officers of Provincial Red Cross Chapters across the country, covering all aspects of system usage.

In addition, the sessions included an analysis of operational workflows—from incident reporting to assistance delivery—as well as presentations of successful practices (Best Practices) and recommendations for improving work processes.

This initiative aims to further enhance the efficiency of the “Phonphai” application.

The program reflects the collaboration between iNFRA and the Relief and Community Health Bureau, Thai Red Cross Society in supporting the operations of Provincial Red Cross Chapters nationwide through systematic learning and continuous improvement of the “Phonphai” application.
