Effective road maintenance budget allocation remains a challenge in managing extensive road networks, particularly for low-volume roads that may be overlooked when prioritization relies primarily on traffic volume and the International Roughness Index (IRI). This study introduces a decision support system integrating AHP and TOPSIS to support a more balanced approach to road maintenance prioritization.
